MDG-BP: Business Partner Hierarchy Interface to SAP CRM

Does anybody have any experience with Business Partner Hierarchies in MDG?
I am Looking for help on how to map the fields from MDG to the fields for Account Hierarchy in CRM since we need to build an interface for this.
In our S/4 backend, the Standard BP Hierarchy tables like BP_HIER_NODE_BP, BP_HIER_TREE etc. are not filled when we create BP Hierarchies in MDG (NWBC)- probably because S/4 is not supporting BP Hierarchies.
We can only find the entries in the MDG staging tables in the S/4 and are Looking for help on how to map this to the Standard fields in CRM.
Lastly, any experience / recommendation for interface Technology to use to send BP Hierarchy from SAP MDG to SAP CRM?
