Problem with function RP_GET_HIRE_DATE

I have problem with teh function RP_GET_HIRE DATE. This function is standard SAP. I applied once in my previous program. I tested a month ago and the result is OK. Today I apply the function again for other program, and the result is not ok. I try to copy to other client (IDES) and the result is good. I already compare the code, and there is no diference between them.

Do anyone ever have this kind of problem?

which kind of infotype do you use in RP_GET_HIRE DATE?

Check the online documentation of RP_GET_HIRE DATE - there are 4 possibilities:

- infotype 0000
- infotype 0001
- infotype 0016
- infotype 0041

Maybe there is a different between the personnel data of the systems?!
